4. Judge orders to end same-sex marriage licences in Pennsylvania.

5. Couples who have already obtained their marriage licenses in Pennsylvania are going to experience difficulty in the validity of the licenses received. This creates a huge problem because many people are going to want to fight the system to make sure that their licenses remain valid. The judge ordered a stop to the issuance of same-sex marriage licenses after telling the County Registrar that he did not have the power to decide if the licenses violate the Constitution. It affects the couple/family because they might have to decide whether they are going to continue to live in PA, or move to a state that fairly represents them and holds true to their licences.

6. I see no wrong in same-sex marriage. If two people (regardless of sex) want to be together, they should have the right to make that decision for themselves. I think that the judge holding back the issuance of their licenses is wrong, especially if they are no longer going to be valid. I agree that they are trying to take the necessary steps to make sure that the constitution is not being violated, but it would not be fair to the couples who have already been issued their documents to have them taken away. I do think the government should have control over this and make sure that those rights do not get taken away from couples who have been given their marriage licences.
